I have had many of my patients say that this year for some reason their allergies have been worse then ever before. As I have thought more about this as to what might be the cause, a couple things did come to mind. First, it seems that more and more people are telling me that they seem to feel more stress in life. I have noticed in the news that crazy crimes have increased considerably. Suicides, homocides, violent crimes, battery etc have all increased. Obviously, people are under more stress to drive them to this point. One of the main things that happens to your body when your stress levels increase this way is the effect that it has on the adrenal glands. The more stress on the adrenals the more adverse effects it has on the body one of these effects is that the body becomes more acidic. The more acidic you become the more prone you are to developing more degenerative conditions and disease and one is allergies. The second reason that this stress effects us is on an emotional level. I have found that most of my patients that suffer from allergies have been experienceing more emotional situations. The worst patients that I see that seem to be allergic to everything almost 99% of the time have suffered servere emotional things throughout there life.
Good news however, with a change in the diet and some counseling on the emotions and then addressing the allergies with the NAET technique, I have been able to eliminate most all allergies that my patients are challanged with. This technique is not widely accepted by the medical community but then most of teh medical techniques, drugs and surgeries performed are not widley accpeted as effective and safe by the natrual healing community.
